Miserable weather didn’t stop the official re-opening of Greely West Park after upgrades were implemented. Osgoode Ward Councillor and Deputy Mayor George Darouze, and Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation’s Senior Municiple Relations Manager, Tyjondah Kerr, among others attended the opening. It was held on January 25, 2020, during the Winter in the Park community celebration in Greely West Park, to recognize OLG’s community funding. Part of the OLG funding helped support the re-development of Greely West Park.
